CANATUR has praised the Peruvian government for passing a new law to help small businesses in tourism. The law, N° 32219, updates another law (N° 31556) and aims to boost the economy. It will help restaurants, hotels, and other tourist-related businesses.
“This is a big step for tourism in Peru. It will make the sector stronger and more sustainable,” said CANATUR in a statement.
They also thanked everyone who made this law possible. CANATUR highlighted the work of Congress and the Ministry of Tourism (Mincetur). “Their leadership was key to this success,” they added.
The Chamber welcomed the tax benefits included in the law. They believe these changes will make businesses more competitive. The law is expected to create jobs and improve services for tourists.
CANATUR ended their message with a promise to keep working with the government and the tourism sector. Their goal is to support growth and sustainability in tourism.
“With everyone’s help, we can overcome challenges and create a better future for small businesses,” they said.
